This happened after I installed XP SP2. Other apps still print OK. Jim B

Since most people don't have this problem, it must be specific to your PC. What symptoms do you see? Does anything appear in the Event Log? What version of Outlook? Have you searched the MS Knowledge base yet? Have you Googled yet?
