Why can't I "Publish Web" in Front Page?

I've been unable to Publish...get an error message "Authorization Required
This server could not verify that you are authorized to access the document
requested"...called Comcast, they say it's a Microsoft problem. My husband
is able to publish his in the same program, same computer, to same Comcast
acct. Works when I upload pages individually...Tried
"Tools/Server/Permissions" in Front Page, but "Server" is not highlighted, so
I'm unable to access it. Help!

Have you opened the Web from File > Open > Web (or in FP 2003 I think it is File
Open > Site).

You need the site open in FP to publish it.

Also you need the server extensions functioning to edit pages on, and publish to
the live site (which I assume you have).

Are you using the correct logon username/password?
