Why can't I see 'read' messages in my inbox using exchange webmai.

This apparently is only true in my 'Inbox'. I see other mail in other
folders that are either 'resd' or 'unread'. This is a Windows XP sP2
workstation with outlook 2003, with exchange being on a W2K server.
