I am using Outlook 2000 and WIndows XP. I have verified my incoming and
outgoing server addresses with my service provider.

The error message I get when trying to send email is: "The message could not
be sent because one of the recipients was regected by the server. Server
Response: '550 relaying to <my email address> prohibited by administrator'.
Account:'my account name', SMTP Server:'server address', Error Number:
0x800ccc79).

Any suggestion?????

You need to authenticate to your outgoing server. You can set that up on
the "outgoing server" tab of your account.
