Don't know. If you will read the messages in this newsgroup, you will
notice that they deal with Microsoft Access (the database application), not
sending emails.
You may want to do a search in google or in the appropriate newsgroup for
whatever error you are getting before posting a new thread. Also, no one
will be able to answer such a vague question if you do postt in the correct
group. What is the error you are getting? What program are you using? Who
is your Internet provider? Have you called your ISP support line?
