Why can't I tab up/down/left/right in spreadsheet

Can someone please explain to me what I've done?? I used to be move from cell to cell using the little < > (and the up and down) arrow things near the right hand key pad, now, for some reason, when I try to do that, I can't move from cell to cell, the whole spreadsheet just moves up and down and the curser is stuck in the cell I'm in. It is driving me BONKERS! Can someone please help???

Sounds like you've hit Scroll Lock. Type Shift-F14
