why can't I update my Office XP? What is administartor installati.

My copy of Word/Office XP is having problems. I checked for updates that
"improve the security and stability" of Word/Office but when I went to
download them I got this message.

Any help?

An administrative installation is an option large companies have to deploy
Office. I'm sorry, I can't see the error message you're reffering to in this
post.
