Why consistent runtime errors on Microsoft's Office website?

Help...I can't download any templates or clipart from the website and there
are consistent runtime errors on page. Microsoft Script Editor then attempts
to run debug program with no results. Any suggestions? Thanks.

In IE, tools, Internet Options, Advanced tab, check, "Disable Script Debugging
(Internet Explorer)",
clear, "Disable Script Debugging (other)
clear, "Display a notification about every script error"
