Why did someone not in the to: field receive my meeting invitation

I set up an appointment and someone who is not on the invitee list was sent
the invitation.

I checked my sent items to be sure that I did not accidentally select her
but it was not on the list. I don't know how she got the invitation.

She's a delegate on someone's mailbox, perhaps.

I checked and no one has her as a delegate. Can anyone suggest another place
to look?
