Why disappear Database menu option?

I've Visio 2003, and I was working with a Entity Relationship Shape in a
Existent document, suddenly, it was clossed. When open the document again,
the Databse Menu Option disapper, even in a new documents.

How can I fix that?

Try going to Tools > Options > Security > Enable Automation events.
