After furious head scratching, Deborah Jean asked:
| good question, haven't heard it in a while. Your calander is viewed
| as Public right now so anyone in the company can see your schedule,
| helpful if your head of a small business not helpful to the rest of
| us. go to tools-options and in 2002 and before click on calendar
| options and uncheck make my calander public. in office 2003 to to
| tool-options-other tab. click on advanced options and remove the
| check mark from allow script in public folders and allow script in
| shared folders. also when you make an appointment or a reminder there
| is a little box at the bottom that says private by default this is
| not selected. Make sure there is a check mark there too if you
| desire to share some appts. but not all
|
| toodles,
