Why do I get always could not install updates ?

Well, first of all which OS and Office versions are you using? If its Office
2003 then it has to be Windows 2003 with SP3 or later, Or Windows Xp. If it
is Windows 2000 then maybe you are installing the updates from a Used ID
which does not have the rights to install updates, or Try going to Control
Panel, Add Remove Programs and on Office 2003 click on "Click here for
support information" and then on the Support info dialog box click on repair.
Try this.
