why do I get the wrong language for update site?

When I "check for updates" in any Office (2003) application, I'm sent to a
site that appears to be written in hebrew. The url is
http://office.microsoft.com/he-il/officeupdate/default.aspx If I change the
he-il to en-us all is well until the next time. How do I change this
beahavior?
