why do I get this starting Outlook 2003 - error/warning about sbc.

Outlook 2003 (Student teacher edition) complains that SBCMSYNC.DLL is an
invalid addin. I have used the HELP (TOOLS OPTIONS etc) and no entries are
found in the ADDIN area. Also, did a complete search of hard drive including
hidden files for the refered to DLL. Still cann't find it.
I can click on the OK in the warning and Outlook operates normally. It only
complains on startup.
This is on a new COMPAQ with the 60 day Office removed and a real install
completed. (No error on install) Also, all Windows Updates are completed
including Office.
