Why do I have so much trouble downloading and installing updates.

I always get Error# 604 and have to jump through hoops to get it done. Most
of the time I can't do it at all.

Downloading Clip Art or Fonts or what? Which version of Office are you using at
present. Are you trying to download the Trial of Office 2007? Which version is your
OS and which service pack level.Are you using a Anti Virus to scan and if you are
which one? Which Firewall and security programs are being used.
