Why do I need to agree to usage every time I open Word, Powerpoint

I recently bought a new computer with Vista and installed Office 2003
Everytime I open Word etc I am asked to agree to usage - this never happened
before with Windows XP - has anyone else had the same experience and what can
be done about it?

This is a common experience for people who install the product when they
don't have Administrator rights.

I suggest log on the system as Administrator and launch any Office
Applications and agree the usage terms when prompted.

Now this should be saved in the system and no other users will have this
popup.

OK I will try this again - but I am the only user on the computer and have
admin rights - thanks for reply
