Why do I receive a Microsoft Access OLE error message?

Whenever I exit an Access database that a co-worker has created, I receive
the following error message:

"The operation on the Acrobat Document object failed.
The OLE server may not be registered.
To register the OLE server, reinstall it."

Then I have the option of clicking, "O.K.".

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
