This seems to have started after XP SP2 was installed, but I may just be
overly sensitive to this.
The alert envelope will appear, tell me I have mail, but when I go to look
there is not any unread mail. I looked to see if it was in the Junk folder,
but it isn't.
This is quite annoying, since I have to close and re-open Outlook to get rid
of the envelope.
