why do my attachments open in book format

Is there a punchline? And what do you mean in "book format?"

When requesting assistance, always post your version of Office/Outlook and
details of the problem. I am afraid that your post will go unanswered as no
one has any idea what you are talking about.

Sorry for the confusion. I am using Outlook 2003. I am able to send word
documents as attachments with no problem. However the recipient sees the
document as if it were being paged, in a book format. It will display page
1,2, etc.
I have tried this myself and the same thing occurs. I can submit a screen
shot if this will help.
