Why do my custom views in tasks keep getting lost

Ever since I installed Outlook 2003 (was using 2000 previously), for some
unknown reason the custom views I set up in tasks keep getting lost and views
reset back to the defaults.

Is it just me? Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?
