Why do my merged labels not print as they appear on screen

I have gone through the whole mail merge process and my label data is
correctly displayed on screen but when I print, only the first line of each
label is printed. Does anyone know what I'm missing out?

When you say they appear correctly on the "screen"...which screen.
View them in Print Preview to see how they will print.
