Why do OneNote files open as "read-only"? How can I change this?
E Erik Sojka (MVP) Feb 8, 2007 #2 That should go away if you close ON and open it up again. Sometimes the file gets locked by ON when syncing or performing file optimization. The lock should get removed when you access the file, or close and reopen ON.
