why do other computers read and print my cd incorrectly?

I am trying to print a book I wrote at a local copy shop. Their computer
appears to read the disk correctly but prints it with incorrect fonts and
"trailers". I worked in basic word and provided a font file. I was told that
even if I change the fonts it would not correct the problem. What do I do?

In my experience, "local copy shops" don't really care...

BTW this newsgroup really is for
the Microsoft program "Access"
that comes with Office Pro...
