Why do some frontpage forms fields show yellow and some don't

I am building forms in Frontpage. When I post them some of the text fields
show up as Yellow and others don't. I have looked for styles in the code but
can't see any reason for it. Does anyone know what is happening?

Oh, let's see.....

Did you perhaps install some nifty make-your-life-wonderfully-fabulous
software without having any idea about the consequences?
Say, Google Toolbar, for example.

Why, why, why do people install stuff off the Internet, and then act
surprised when their applications start behaving differently? Why???
