Why do my tables go off the right side of the page? What happed is the table
keeps getting bigger instead of wrapping. When it finally does wrap it is
off on the right somewhere

When you insert a table, it by default fills the space from left margin to
right (of the page or a column). If you have auto resizing enabled, Word
will still preserve this measurement when cells are resized provided the
table is not wrapped (I'm not sure what happens if it's wrapped). If you
size cells manually so that the total exceeds the margin width, then yes,
they will run off the page. One thing that helps is to set the preferred
width for the table to 100% (or the equivalent in inches or cm).

Auto size is enabled. We solved the problem for now by turn it off. I'm just
curious why Word lets me make the table grow bigger than the width of the
page. We a wrap enabled in the cells. I don't know much about normal view
and how it is sized.
