Why do Visio custom menu bars disappear?

When I create a Visio custom menu bar, it isn't kept when I quit VIsio and
restart. Do I need to do something to tell Visio to retain it from one time
to the next?

There is a bug in Adobe Acrobat 6.0 that causes this problem.
