Hi,
I have a website that is password-protected. People log in and click on a
link to download an Excel spreadsheet. The sheet downloads and opens up fine.
There are then website links in the spreadsheet to files in the website that
are password protected. Usually, as the browser is still open, the sessions
are retained and the file appears in a new browser window. Sometimes, the
browser just has an empty page though and has to be-refreshed for the file to
appear. Sometimes even when you refresh the browser, the file does not
appear. Is there any reason for this? Does anyone know how I can get round
this problem?
