I've read on KB about the reasons why MS Outlook downloads dupes and that
they are working on a patch - I still can't get the patch. Since this is a
known issue in Outlook - it seems strange that you have to buy a utility
from a 3rd party to remove dupes. It seems like MS should have the utility
free.
