Why does 1 of 13 e-mail accounts not work when others do?

I have an ISP with 13 e-mail accounts. All but one work in Outlook 2003.
They have the same info except the passwords and I.D.s I have no problem
with this account access on Webmail with the ISP. Nor do I have problems
with Microsoft Outlook Express. This account has been accessible in several
other ways. Only with Outlook, which I just began to use because I wanted to
integrate things, is this account inaccessible.

Yes, the error says-- send e-mail test: failed; all others say: send email
test: completed. I then click on the "ERRORs" tab and it says: Send test
e-mail message Outlook could not connect to the outgoing SMTP mail server
because the server did not accept your name or password.
Thank you for responding.
