Why does Access keep dying when I copy a form?

When I copy a form with copy and past or open an existing form and us SaveAs
to save it with a different name, Access 2003 dies and does a repair and
compress. Is anybody else experiencing this?

Typically, when that happens, the form is corrupt. If you don't have a
backup you can try using the undocumented SaveAsText/LoadFromText methods.
Some sample code for doing the entire database is on my website:

It is easy to adapt to do a single form.
