why does all e-mail go to my junk folder

I have Outlook 2007 with Vista. My junk folder was working fine, but all of
a sudden all mail is now going to the Junk folder and none to the in-box. I
change the level to no avail. This is very annoying. Can anyone help me.

And what level is it set to right now?

At present it is set to high. I have tried it on low, no auto filtering and
safe lists. But it doesn't seem to make any difference.

In Outlook, there is no way to shut off the blocked senders list except by
removing all the entries from it. Even No Automatic Filtering will still
move Blocked Senders to the Junk E-Mail folder, so, my first suggestion
would be to look at the blocked senders list for something a little too
greedy. Maybe Export it all to a file, delete it and see if that fixes the
problem.

The other thing I would look at are any rules that you might have configured
that might be moving the messages.
