Why does another Bottom Navigation Bar appear in middle of the pa

Why does another Bottom Navigation Bar appear in middle of the page? It just
appears in the web preview and it is right across a picture. Does anyone know
how to remove something that does not appear until the web preview?

Did you perhaps put the navbar on a Master Page?

What happens if you Publish to the Web, direct the files to your local
computer, and then open the .htm files? Do you still get the extra navbar?

Perhaps empty your internet temp files?
