I don't know if this is the right place for this question, but here is what's
happening.
Our stores use Microsoft Outlook to send and receive messages from an
Exchange Server v.5.5 SP4. When receiving messages it always starts at 1 and
counts through over 300 messages, receiving only the messages intended for
that location. This takes a long time. I don't understand why it does that or
if that is what it is supposed to do.
Also some sites lock up after retrieving 4-5 messages. You have to end task
on outlook or power off the computer on some occasions. It does this at the
same number (like on the 4 of 350 messages count).
Any ideas or can you point me to a better place to post this question?
