Suggest posting some basic troubleshooting information as a common courtesy
since none of us can read minds:
1. Outlook version
2. Information store
3. How you are adding Contacts
4. Any error messages you see and what you see in Event viewer
5. Whether you were ever able to add Contacts to your Outlook installation,
and if so the steps that disabled this feature.
