Why does Excel auto-divide numerical inputs by 100?

For some reason, Excel started dividing all my integer inputs by 100? Does
anyone know why this is happening?

Tools/ Options/ Edit
Unset "Fixed decimal places"

.... Because the Tools>Options>Edit>Fixed Decimal Places check box was checked!
