Why does Frontpage 2003 hang publishing through SBS2003

Why does Frontpage 2003 hang when publishing through SBS2003 with ISA server.
Although a protocol rule to allow all publishing of http:// has been added to
our ISP.

Can ftp ok.

Also using Symantec anti-virus.

I'm not sure just how you are describing "hang" but if you are using ISA
2004 and you are publishing to a Windows2003 server via http you will need
to bypass the proxy on your SBS. You can do that in IE in Tools/Internet
Options/Connections/LAN Settings/Advanced and add the web address that you
are publishing to in the Exceptions box.

If you are (were) using FrontPage Server Extensions (FPSE), ftp has
corrupted the FPSE Uninstall the FPSE and reinstall. FTP is not ok.
