Sorry. My Outlook is synched with my gmail account. So my emails from gmail
go to outlook as well. They are coming into my gmail account much much
earlier then they are in my Outlook. Does that make sense?

Have you set up gmail in Outlook as an Imap account or pop?
What is the send receive interval set for in Outlook? it should'nt be set
for less than 10 mins, maybe you have it set for 30?

You were right. The send receive interval was set for every 30 minutes. I
changed it to 5. Thanks again.

Reset it to 10, any less can cause resource problems, which would lead to
