Why does my 2003 spreadsheet not work in Excel 2000.

I have created a spreradhseet using Excel 2003. This uses a ceratin amount
of Vb in the functions. When the sheet is read by a colleaugue using Excel
2000 it fails and !VALUE! appears in the cells that call the Vb functions.

Any ideas?

Why not post the text of the functions, so we MAY have any idea?
