Recently, when trying to send a message with an attachment, Outlook 2003 acts
as if it is timing out and then trying to send the message again. It says
that the message is not yet sent but in fact it continues to send it multiple
times until I delete the message from the outbox. I installed Service Pack 1
which seemed to help for a little while but it has started doing the same
thing again.
