why does my "reply to all" include MY email address in the "to:" .

When I "reply to all" in an email, my own email address shows up in the to
line, usually as the second name. it did not do this before, but our computer
guy fiddled with something on there and now I can't figure out how to get it
to stop including me on every email that i reply to. any ideas?

I'm only aware of two issues that cause reply to all to not know who you
are - one is if the email address on the message doesn't match the one on
the account and the other is if you have two accounts. Both were fixed in
Ol2003.

Tools, email accounts, view or change... how many accounts are listed?
Are you using an exchange account or pop3/imap? If pop3 or imap, look at the
account properties (select account, click change). Does the email address
match your address? Click more settings - is there a reply to address filled
in?

Finally - ask the tech what he did - did he install something to always
reply to you?
