Why does my screen keep blinking when using Publisher 2003?

While editing my website in Publisher, the screen blinks about every 10
seconds. This is very annoying. I checked the options and found nothing. And
when I have clip art open, I have to move my mouse over the clips in order to
see them again.

You probably need to update your video/graphics driver.
