Why does my text change its format when the browser window size i.

It_may_be_obvoius_to_u_but_I_am_stupid

I cant find how to stop the page from changing its format when the size of a
browser is different. It is set that all text must be seem but I would like
the use to move a scroll bar to keep my page from changing and looking bad.

Please Help!
