I have the Office Suite Professional Version software package that I am
trying to use on my new desktop and notebook. Both run XP. Often, I get an
error message that Windows has encountered a problem and must shut down.
And, then it does! I never had this problem before with Windows 98. I
have downloaded all available updates and the problem still persists. Does
anyone know why this happens? t is very frustrating.
