Why does Office 2003 help still go to internet even though instal.

I recently switched to Office 2003. The help facility in Office 2003 is
painfully slow. Even though I installed help with "Run All on My Computer"
options, Office 2003 still goes to internet when using help. Why? The
previous version of Office, Office 2002, that I was running did not have this
problem. Why is Office 2003's help so annoyingly slow? Is there a way I
can fix this problem or must I return to Office 2002?

Help is online. In Office XP, the Help files were installed on your

Hi, jthomas95008,

Online help was made available as the default in Office 2003 so that you can
always have access to the latest information.

You can tell Office 2003 to use only offline help, if you want. To set
this, press F1 to open the
Help task pane, then click on Online Content Settings. Leaving the other
boxes checked, clear the box for "Search online content when connected."
