why does office outlook when closing send report to microsoft

Every time I use outlook, or contacts, calendar, read email with attachments
I get at closing / error report send to microsoft , I am wondering why this
is coming up. does any one know how to fix this/ other then go to files and
click close all items before closing which I never had to do befor. I tried
using repair feature also! didn't seem to work whats next?

What is the error? When the error dialogue appears, click details. What does it
say?
