I'd like to know why my MS Office Professional 2003 program keeps
reinstalling itself prior to each use????

Hello Michael,

That happens to me too sometimes. Just press Cancel. I know this is
annoying. You should try installing all of the updates and if that doesn't
help please reinstall Office,
