Why does office update not find sku117.cab on the cd during the i.

When the office 2003 install process asks for the installation cd, I insert
the office 2003 cd, then I get a dialog stating that sku117.cab cannot be
found, and I can't complete the installation. I also ran a search on the cd
from windows, and don't find this file. I also searched My Front Page 2003
cd, and my Pront Page 2000 cd. I have XP Pro, SP2, with all critical updates.
All of my office products are retail, no OEMs.

Hi, StanInSC,

From what I understand, SKU117.CAB is on the FrontPage Trial CD (which is
convertible to a perpetual license). The usualy workaround is to uninstall
FrontPage, and then install from the CD that is available (your retail one).

You could also try using the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility to remove all
entries for FrontPage, than re-install FrontPage from your retail CD.
