I can't install Outlook 2003 backup add-in because it tells me I have to
uninstall the existing copy. I did have it installed before I had to deal
with a problem by reinstalling Office but backup does not now show in the
Outlook menu or on the add/remove program list. Are there residual files I
have to delete first?
