I run Outlook 2000 and also use Norton IS 2004 on a broadband connection with
WinXP Pro SP2. On occasion, when I exit Outlook, it continues to run in
background and continues to d/l new email from the server. When this
happens, I also notice that Norton Anti-Spam toolbar is no longer displayed
in Outlook. When I reboot, everything returns to normal. I have looked for
viruses, trojans, malware, etc, but haven't found anything out of the
ordinary. Any suggestions?
