Why does paper clip attach to email when no attachment.

When I send emails to certain people a paper clip appears by my name at their
end. They are unable to print out my letters. Any ideas as to why?

Do you have an image in your signature? I could be that image.

Are you formatting your emails as text or HTML? It may be that you are
formatting as one and the attachment is a copy in the other format. Your
receiver client can't print because it can only read the other format.
